Hello, Lovely Lady! How are you?
No, I mean… how are YOU? How are you REALLY?
If you’re feeling anything like me, to say that this year has been difficult would be the understatement of the century. Personally, I feel like my life went to war inside a garbage disposal that was running on high and then spit me back out feeling pretty torn and tattered.
Seem too dramatic?
My guess is that, for you, that description may only scratch the surface of how you feel right now. It really doesn’t bear repeating, but I am going to: we are living through an unprecedented time in history that has tested our resiliency factor to its very highest limits. Maybe you feel like this year has actually cracked your resiliency meter. The level of trauma we’ve ALL experienced this year cannot be overstated. It has left us feeling more stressed than ever. Maybe you feel like your life is irreparably broken and you feel like nothing will ever be OK again.
Dear friend, I assure you, you’re not alone.
In a time when we have never felt more isolated, I would like to invite you to join a tribe of women who feel exactly like you do, and who are looking for answers and solutions to resolving the intense level of stress they are presently feeling.
That’s what the “Women & Stress: Reclaiming Your Life” program is all about—finding answers and solutions to the seemingly insurmountable level of stress they are feeling right now. Women just like you who just want to try to find a sense of normal in their lives again.
To that end, I want to personally invite you to join me and a private group of women who are going to go on a journey together to seek and find peace and balance.
And that’s really what this is—a journey.
A journey back from Crazytown (where most of us are living right now) back to Balanceville, which is a suburb of Peacetown. In the first part of the program, we’re going to get grounded again. We’re going to get back to the basics and find our footing again. I am going to step into your journey with you and help you find your way back to your path. Together. That’s the key.
We will meet together for 8 weeks, beginning May 5. We’ll meet for 90 minutes via Zoom. We’ll also have a private Facebook group where all of the materials will be posted so that you can access them anytime you wish. There will be just a little bit of work to do outside the group in preparation for each week’s session, but nothing cumbersome. And finally, you’ll get one private coaching session with me during the 8 weeks of the course.
