PURCHASE & REFUND POLICY

We believe in transparency, mutual respect, and honoring commitments. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Membership Purchase

By purchasing a membership, you are enrolling in a digital membership program that may include (but is not limited to):
  • Access to member-only resources and toolkits
  • Live or recorded workshops, trainings, and events
  • Community discussions and networking opportunities
  • Ongoing content added over time
Membership access is granted immediately upon successful payment.

2. Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
  • Membership fees are billed according to the plan selected at checkout (monthly or annual).
  • By completing your purchase, you authorize recurring charges (if applicable) unless and until you cancel your membership.
3. Refund Policy

Because a membership provides immediate access to digital content and community resources, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits once access has been granted, including but not limited to:
  • Failure to use the membership
  • Change of employment or personal schedule
  • Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date
  • Dissatisfaction based on expectations not explicitly stated on the sales page
In short: once the door opens, the ticket is yours.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time.
  • Monthly memberships: Cancellation will stop future charges. You will retain access through the end of your current billing period.
  • Annual memberships: Cancellation prevents renewal at the end of the term. No refunds are issued for unused time.
To cancel, log into your account or follow the cancellation instructions provided at checkout.

5. Founding Member & Special Pricing

Founding Member rates and promotional pricing are locked in as described at the time of purchase and are non-transferable.

Once a Founding Member cancels, that pricing is forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

6. Program Changes

DMO Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the membership, including content, delivery format, or features, to improve member experience.

These changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
